This 2012 SKYY Vodka commercial song is called “White Hot Magic” and it’s by the Los Angeles-based indie electronic duo The Polyamorous Affair. Its quirky vocals and understated dance vibe are rather fitting for this interesting spot, which appears to take place at some sort of combination party/factory where SKYY vodka his churned out straight from the waters of the arctic. Despite this icy setting, though, the repeated “White Hot Magic” lyrics somehow fit–must be all the hot models walking around churning cranks. Speaking of which, they all look pretty happy to be doing manual labor, especially the girl doing the foot crank in heels. Maybe it’s early in her shift. Or maybe it’s because she gets paid in unlimited booze. At any rate, it’s a nice song and I’m glad we came across it.
