This Chrysler 200 Eminem commercial played during the 2011 Super Bowl. Makes sense for them to promote the car using hip-hop beats, since the Chrysler 200 is popular with the hip-hop-listening crowd. Chrysler emphasizes their history in Detroit (Eminem’s home town) by showing shots of the city as Eminem drives through it. The commercial ends with Eminem walking on a stage full of gospel singers and saying “This is the Motor City and this is what we do.” The beat playing throughout the commercial is from Eminem’s “Lose Yourself” and is by Dr. Dre. You might recognize it from the 2002 movie 8 mile.
