Well, it looks like we’re a little late on this one, but we like the sound of this Samsung Galaxy Olympics commercial so much we think you’ll want to know about it anyway. This upbeat jazz-pop ditty is called “Smile Big” and it’s by the appropriately-named group Leftover Cuties. The commercial features olympians and what appear to be regular folk alike running through the city as they pass the digital torch via their smart phones and finally to a big screen in Times Square as the tagline narration says “Share the Olympic spirit like never before.” It’s all very fun and playful, much in part from the song. The lyrics that we hear in the commercial are:
Life is so short and oh so sweet
Life in the sun is such a treat
No point in feeling blue

Shine bright, spread your light
